THE BRIEFS put Dirtnap Records on the map back in Oct 2000, when their debut album, Hit After Hit, wound up selling over 10,000 copies almost entirely on positive word of mouth alone. They've made the cover of Hit List, and have been featured in full-page articles in Alternative Press, Kerrang!, and featured in weeklies from coast to coast! They've been on tour in the US and Europe almost the whole time since Hit After Hit's release, with the likes of THE DAMNED, TSOL, THE REZILLOS, THE QUEERS, and DIE TOTEN HAUSEN, stopping only long enough to sign a huge deal with Interscope! And while we're waiting for the major label debut to come out and make them the Next Big Thing, they were kind enough to give Dirtnap another record....In case you've been living under a rock for the last couple years, think late 70's LA punk with 90's punk energy, with the bounciest, most electrifying live show ever!
